Key points:

1. Service contract governs paid use.
   Any paid engagement with Hite Labs is governed by the service contract signed at onboarding. These ToS are supplementary.

2. No refunds without contract terms.
   Refund eligibility is defined in your individual service contract. There is no automatic refund window outside of those terms.

3. Acceptable use.
   You may use Hite Labs Invoice Flow only for lawful business invoicing purposes. You may not use the service to harass, defraud, or spam clients.

4. Data.
   See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

5. Changes.
   We may update these terms. We will notify active users by email.
